Meet Your Baker
Hello! My name is Heather. I'm the solo baker and owner at Backyard Bakers Inc. This business was created to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning a restaurant. My passion has always been about food. I have 13 years Chef experience; however, I started baking later in life to help cope with the loss of some close loved ones. It kept me busy and on my feet. When I first opened, I decided that I wanted to be affordable for all. I wanted to run specials often and offer discounts on larger orders and treat Military and First Responders with extra care, as they do for us on a daily basis. All Military and First Responders will receive 15% off their entire order (excludes stromboli rolls) This is my way of saying thank you. I'm a squid at heart. My dad served full term in the Navy, and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for taking time to read my bio. I look forward to meeting every one of you.

Meet Alexis! Alexis is the most wonderful, loving, caring individual you will ever meet. I'm lucky enough to have her in the kitchen, as my sister, and best friend. Alexis loves art and gardening. Some of her artwork will be available for purchase and hung in the bakery when it's finished.

Meet Anna! Anna is one of a kind! We met through a mutual friend, and the rest is history. Anna's attention to detail sets her aside from most. Her dedication to this company is undeniable. Anna has been with us since the beginning; her sister's baby shower was our very first full cater event. Anna is a beautiful, caring, loving, corky, spunky gal!!!! She fits right in. I can see Anna growing with our company. She's just perfect!
Extra Prep Help
Meet Neen! Audrina started helping in the kitchen before there was even a business name. She's one special young lady! Her grades exceed perfection, and her future plans are out of this world. She hasn't decided between Air Force directly out of high school or College. No matter her decision this gal is going to accomplish amazing things! She is a master at chocolate dipping and designing.

Meet Krissie! This girl can talk! She is one of the kindest people I know. Krissie is an amazing and talented gal! She's eager to learn and willing to listen. Her bubbly personality is contagious. When she is in the kitchen, it tends to be a brighter day.
